Returns & Care Policy
Every artwork we send is crafted with precision and handled with the utmost care. We want you to feel the same joy unwrapping your print as we felt creating it.
In the Unlikely Event of Damage
Your print will arrive carefully packaged to museum standards. Should it arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographs. We will arrange a prompt replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
If You Change Your Mind
We understand that art is deeply personal. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return your artwork within 14 days of receipt. As each piece is part of a limited edition and made to order, it must be returned in pristine, resaleable condition, in the original packaging, and without any signs of handling or display. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the client.
When Returns Aren’t Possible
To preserve the exclusivity and integrity of our editions, we regret that we cannot accept returns for:
